History

Our beginnings dates to 1959 when J.E. Trace, a well-known architect in South Western Ontario and Jerry Glos, then a recent graduate of the McGill University School of Architecture, formed the partnership of Trace & Glos Architects. In 1966 engineering became an integral part of the company when Carl Glos, a Civil Engineer and Martin Glos, a graduate in Mechanical Engineering joined the firm. Today, Glos is comprised of 20 high caliber design professionals.

What We Do.

At Glos, we provide comprehensive architectural and engineering services to a wide variety of clients. We have been involved with just about every type of facility there is, including industrial plants and commercial buildings, office buildings, apartment complexes, educational facilities, and many more.

At Glos, we have integrated all aspects of design into one "total-service" company, encompassing architecture, as well as civil, structural, mechanical, industrial, safety, and electrical engineering.
