The Milton facility is a 4 storey independent living senior’s retirement residence. This residence also has a “Memory Care” Wing for residents with Dementia or early stages of Alzheimer’s.

The senior’s facility in Milton is nearing a phased completion with the first 2 floor ready for occupancy in early November 2014. The “Memory Care” wing on the first floor of the building is included in this occupancy phase.
