Now serving as the home office of Glos Associates Inc., the original Leadley Advertising building was completed in 2000. The building's unique shape and floor plan was developed to optimize ambient day-lighting in the workspaces, to suit working with both digital and traditional media.

The saw-tooth clerestories bring in ample natural light, and pay homage to the manufacturing roots that the City of Windsor is built on.
