Over the past 6 years Glos Associates has been involved in a number of renovations and upgrades to the existing retail development Gateway Plaza in South Windsor. New additions at the north end of the Plaza included Moore's and PetSmart. Renovations to a former big-box retailer at the south end brought Dollarama and Parts Source to the Plaza.

In 2011, a complete exterior façade renovation designed by Glos Associates completed a much need upgrade to the retail plaza and wrapped the previous renovations and additions into one complimentary retail development. Glos Associates led the architectural design as well as the structural, mechanical, electrical and site work engineering for the project.
